Dress Shopping

More like dress dropping. I have never been so exhausted from trying on wedding dresses. People say that I'm a girl who knows what she wants. With wedding gowns, however, they're all pretty in a different, unique way. I am easily swayed by the sparkles, and the way the dress hugs just right, or the way it poofs when I sit down.

I have been to two shops and have found a few very pretty dresses that I like. I don't feel however, that I've found THE dress. When my sister went wedding dress shopping we all knew as soon as she put on her dress that it was the one. It was the second dress she tried on! As much fun as wedding dress shopping is, it only is so until a certain point, then you just want it to be over.

On Tuesday we're heading to one more shop. I'm am hoping and praying that this will be it. Wishful thinking, I'm sure, but I believe positive thinking can conquer the tulle, pearls, silk, tafetta, and all things sparkly!!!

(Sidenote: Every time I try on a dress I like, I get so thrilled to stand next to Hans in it. It's a good reminder that he doesn't care what I'm wearing, so long as I'm there.)

P.S. Anyone know any really great wedding dress shops in the area?

I normally got excited while shopping, recently got a new summer apparel collection from Zappos, it's amazing.
